Nutrition

4-Week Nutrition Program and Counseling
 - Discounted rate for personal training clients attending a minimum of one session/wk:  $100/mo.
 - Nutrition Program only clients (no personal training):

 - Subsequent consecutive months of nutrition counseling: 
$75/mo.

Performance (Sports) Nutrition Programming and Counseling
 - Discounted rate for personal training clients attending a minimum of one session/wk:  $150/mo.
 - Nutrition Program only clients (no personal training): 
$200/mo.
 - Subsequent consecutive months of performance nutrition counseling:  $95/mo


Body Fat Testing

Heart Zones Training - Heart Rate Test
$60
Learn how to use your heart rate monitor to achieve optimum fitness and body composition.  Sub-maximum or maximum heart rate test performed to determine predicted maximum heart rate and anaerobic threshold heart rate.  Counseling on how to train in the zones to achieve your health and fitness goals, lose fat and/or * how to peak for specific events.

* Would require an additional fee for program, which includes a daily training program, based on heart rate, to help you achieve your peak performance on race day.
