Heart Zones Training - Heart Rate Test

Learn how to use your heart rate monitor to achieve optimum
fitness and body composition. Sub-maximum or maximum heart
rate test performed to determine predicted maximum heart rate and
anaerobic threshold heart rate. Counseling on how to train in
the zones to achieve your health and fitness goals, lose fat and/or
