Heart Zones Training
Learn how to use your heart rate monitor to achieve optimum fitness and body composition. 
Sub-maximal or maximal (depending on fitness) heart rate test will provide your predicted maximum heart rate specific to your sport(s) as well as anaerobic threshold heart rate.  Learn how to use these heart rates to train to achieve optimum fitness, ideal body composition, improve AT (anaerobic threshold), peak on race day, off-season to in-season training heart rates, etc.

On-Line Training Program

Great value for those who want to workout on their own.

Subsequent to a health and fitness assessment, you will receive a
 customized workout program to meet your needs and goals. 

Each on-line program provides:

  • Resistance Training Program - complete with photos and video clips of exercises and stretches you can use in your own home or health club.

  • Cardiovascular Training Programs - may include Heart Zone training workout using a heart rate monitor.  Schedule a sub-maximal heart rate test by Diane.  Additional fee.
