NUTRITION

With so much confusion about nutrition and so many fad diets, it is no wonder that people try one diet after another without success…only to lose weight and regain it and even more.  This is called the yo-yo effect.  The key to permanent weight loss and attaining an ideal body composition is to develop a healthy eating lifestyle.

BreakoutFitness 4-Week Nutrition Program
Following the BreakoutFitness 4-Week Nutrition Program, you will learn the importance of consuming foods to improve the health of your cells (the fundamental units of life) and achieve optimum health for a lifetime.  If your goal is to lose weight, the average weight loss that occurs on this program is 1 - 2 pounds each week, although some individuals will lose more.  See our Testimonials for achieved results.  Detailed program information below...


Performance Nutrition Program
Athletes who are serious about their performance would greatly benefit from the Performance Nutrition Program.  This program will provide a customized plan that best meets the bio-energetics of your sport or fitness activity.  See more information below...



BreakoutFitness 4-Week Nutrition Program

It takes 30 days to create a new habit.  This 4-Week program will provide you with:

  • An individualized 4-Week Menu plan - based on your individual goals, lifestyle, food preferences, etc.  Determination of caloric intake will be based on factors such as weight, lean mass and caloric expenditure during exercise, sports participation, work, etc.

  • Analysis and feedback of food journals, including caloric intake, and nutrient intake (carbs, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, fats, etc)

  • Based on analysis above, vitamin and mineral supplementation may be needed.

  • Email support, once/week phone call and motivation

  • Delicious and highly nutritious recipes

  • Meet one day per week to weigh and measure body fat (for personal training client - immediately prior to workout session)

Rates:

Discounted rate for personal training clients attending a minimum of one session/wk:  $100/mo.
- Nutrition Program only clients (no personal training): 
$150/mo.
- Subsequent consecutive months of nutrition counseling:  $75/mo.


 Performance Nutrition Program

If you take your performance seriously, you would benefit from fine-tuning your nutrition program.  Specific to your individual sport, learn the optimum nutrient intake (calories, carbohydrates, proteins, fats, supplements, water, sports drinks, etc) with regard to:

  • Daily nutrient intake

  • Training nutrient intake

  • Pre-race/pre-competition nutrient intake

  • Race day nutrient intake

  • Post-race/recovery nutrient intake

  • Supplementation

  • Timing of nutrient intake

  • Obtaining optimum levels of body fat

This program incorporates the complete above-referenced 4-Week Nutrition Program (see above) plan for optimum health and fitness.

Rates:

Discounted rate for personal training clients attending a minimum of one session/wk:  $150/mo.
- Nutrition Program only clients (no personal training): 
$200/mo.
- Subsequent consecutive months of performance nutrition counseling:  $95/mo.


Nutrition Informational Seminar

Each 4-Week Session includes a one hour nutrition informational seminar.   Nutrition seminars are held once a month at the beginning of each 4-Week Session.  

This evening will educate and inspire you to make the necessary changes to improve your quality of life and improve your weight loss and performance success.

Free to all *qualified clients.  *Clients must train with Diane a minimum of one day ea week.  $15 for non-qualified persons and to the public.
