  • Large towel (to lie on).

  • Small towel (for your sweat)!

  • Water bottle (there is water on site)

  • 5lb or 8lb dumbbells

  • A great attitude :-)

What you can expect:

  • On the first and last day of each session, you will undergo a series of tests to assess your progress.

  • Optional weight and body fat measurements (must be done prior to warm up), performed on the first and last day of each session.  This is strictly confidential and a way to assess your progress.

  • Nutrition guidance and handouts.  For a full, comprehensive Nutrition Program, go to the Nutrition page for detailed information.

  • Goal Setting.

  • Go to the Testimonial page for results others have achieved.

  • Did you know that you will feel better if you workout outdoors vs. indoors?  Sunshine elevates serotonin, helps us sleep better, reduces cholesterol, and Vitamin D from the sun helps prevent cancer.  Read more: http://www.naturalhealthbenefits.com/health-and-sunlight.html

This fun, motivating and challenging group training will give you the kick in the pants you may need to take your fitness to a whole new level!! You don't have to be an athlete, but this training is great for runners, cyclists and triathletes.  You don't have to be a runner, but I do expect you to move your bootie...whether it is walking or running!

 BreakoutFitness will transform you by:

·        Training the body in all three planes of motion.

·        Training and developing core strength.

·        Strengthening the pelvic floor

·        Developing joint flexibility

·        Developing tendon strength

·        Strengthening stabilizers

Studies have shown that strengthening the muscles and ligaments adds stability to a runner’s stride as well as a cyclist's pedal stroke and can reduce risk of injury.

Benefits include:

·        Improved speed with less effort

·        Improved muscular endurance

·        Improved power

·        Improved balance

·        Improved motor control (athleticism)

·        Decreased risk of injury

Methods of training include:

·        Circuit training

·        Interval training

  • Stairs and hill running drills

·        Plyometrics

·        Stability balls

·        Medicine balls

·        Resistance bands and dumbbells

·        Mat Pilates

·        Speed ladder drills

·        Balance work

·        Free Motion machines (when we train in the gym)
